We recommend starting with a consultation. Then continue to the three “Introductory” classes. To get started, go to the Memberships/ credits section on the Glofox app, find the beginners pack and click purchase.
You'll be asked to create a new account before you pay. Once you've purchased the pack, check the private session schedule and book your first visit.
If you're already familiar with pilates, we offer a variety of classes to choose from.
For GROUP CLASSES, drop-ins are available at full price or you can purchase a pack of credits at a discounted rate by visiting the Memberships section.
PRIVATE sessions are by appointment only, so make sure to purchase your credits from the Memberships section before booking. When you click to book or purchase, you'll be asked to create a new account or login if you've already got one (users from the old website will use the same e-mail address to login but need to set a new password using the forgot password link).

Hot Pilates is a challenging thirty minute full-body workout in a heated environment that helps elevate your heart rate to burn more calories.

class requirement - 2 persons minimum
Full body workout. You’ll familiarize yourself with the equipment beginning at a pace that’s adequate for you, or designed for beginners altogether. The reformer is an instrument to help you gain strength, flexibility, and core awareness. Requisite some prior exposure on the reformer, idealy after completing the Introductory classes.
Persons who have a solid understanding of how to complete the exercises and transitions on the reformer. In alignment throughout the workout. At least six months of Beginners classes prior to taking this next level.
Using a Pilates tower and mat for your workout offers more stability. You begin by either sitting, standing, or lying down on the mat (reformer). The resistance springs fastened to the tower are then used to perform the various movements. Pilates classes that use a tower usually move from horizontal to vertical exercises after a warm-up on the mat. These classes provide an effective and rewarding full-body workout that give users a feeling of being taller.
