Hello, my name is Jo. I love Pilates because it is a life-long discipline that can benefit everyone in every stage of life. Pilates movements empower strength, circulation, flexibility, and balance.
I have always had a passion for group fitness. I love how Pilates challenges both my mind and body while creating true physical results; from improved core strength to flexibility. The happiness after class led me to earn my Peak Pilates Classical Certification. I want to share that same enthusiasm and motivation with my students.
Spinning for me has always been a mental and physical challenge, no matter how regularly. You will learn how to master this class and feel accomplished throughout the workout while enjoying high intensity music.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 yrs. I completed my 200-hr training with Yoga Studio of CC in 2019. I am a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
